Kazadi Ekundayo

Kazadi joined the lab in August 2022 as a PhD student enrolled in the neuroscience doctoral program. She currently works in solving the structure of recombinant TDP43, a protein involved in several neurodegenerative diseases.

Current Project

Structure determination of recombinant TDP43 fibrils

Kazadi did her undergraduate studies at the university of Geneva where she then worked in the department of genetics and evolution on the characterization by single cell RNA sequencing of the claustrum-medial prefrontal cortex. She is now pursuing her PhD as part of the doctoral school of neuroscience.
