In my projects, I focus on STEM and 4D-STEM methods development including design, simulations, data acquisition and final processing. They can be used for specific tasks like online monitoring of frozen lamellae thickness during FIB milling, turning SEM with a 2D-STEM detector into a powerful crystal identification tool or super low dose ptychographic imaging or beam sensitive samples.
